Art Advisory: Whole House Project (2019-2020)
This new home build by Obelisk Home was an opportunity to curate the 5,000 sq ft space with original art. I created renderings of options and included them in a multi-slide presentation in the same format the designers used to pitch their designs. It was an experience for the homeowners to learn more about local talent and invest in the pieces (and artists) they connected with most. The project grossed $150k in art sales. Projects included a variety of large-scale artworks including existing artworks in gallery inventory, multiple commissions including a steel sculpture, and two 3D wall installations. Kudos to designers Nathan Taylor, Jess Storment, and the rest of the Obelisk Home team on the success of this build and design! What stars! It was an honor to help facilitate the perfect collection with them for this generous family wanting create a unique collection to elevate their home.
